Sing Out Your Stress

Singing is a fantastic way to boost your mood and improve your mental health. It doesn't matter if you think you "can't" sing, whether or not you've sung anywhere else apart from in your car (!), or whether or not you can read music; singing is for everyone!

In 2010, Toria Willson originally created Sing It Out in Greenwich, London, as a way for new mothers to meet others and sing out the stresses of parenthood. The groups quickly expanded to include anyone wanting to have a good old sing (from pop, to musicals, folk and classical) in laid-back, sociable groups. In 2014, Toria took some time out to have her 3 children, moved to Surrey, and now finally, Sing It Out is back! 

We currently run adult groups on Mondays at 7pm, Fridays at 9.30am, and Sundays at 9.30am, as well as mother and baby groups (singing 'grown up' songs, not nursery rhymes!) tbc. We also have chances to perform, so please get in touch if you would like more information!
